Who's behind Quattro?

Richard

Richard started Quattro Development Group in 2017 having worked over 40 years in construction during which time he has established successful businesses including Lotus Construction and Castlehouse Construction, where he remains Chairman. He has also built up a successful ‘buy to let’ business and undertaken many varied developments in the North of England.

Kris

Kris has specialised in the purchase, refurbishment and development of rental properties throughout the Yorkshire region, building extensive portfolios for high wealth individuals. He also owns and runs a large property management company based in Leeds.

Frank

Frank is a construction honours degree graduate who has worked at senior management and director level in the construction and property sectors of the market for nearly 40 years. In that time he has worked with and for many 'blue chip' clients including British Land, Evans of Leeds, Wilton Developments and Landmark to name a few.
